I really like Avid hotels - the rooms are small but they are well designed, with lots of little shelves and hooks for clothes and bags. This hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff person who was on duty when we checked in and still (or back) on duty in the morning doing breakfast AND the desk was so very nice and efficient. She is wonderful. I also like the breakfast. It’s more of a grab and go but I get my yogurt and cereal and fresh fruit and lots of beverage options and I feel like it’s a cleaner, safer way to go than having hot entrees with everyone handling the food and utensils.

The front desk staff was wonderful, and everything seemed very clean! A few hairs here there in the bathroom that super gross me out, bc I’m grossed out by hair anyway.. but I still felt it was cleaned properly despite that!

It is a modern, very clean, brightly colored welcoming hotel. Awesome coffee center with water and ice. Huge tv, eco friendly soaps, very comfortable bed and pillows. Ed at the desk was amazing! We had an issue with our booking from Booking. com not showing up in their system, but he was extremely helpful and pleasant and we got it figured out.*side note* It's possible that bookings take a little while to show up, even if you have confirmation. It took 2 or 3 hours for ours to pop into their system, but we only made reservation about 1 hour before checking in. Both avid and booking.com were very good about helping resolve issue. And I loved this hotel and will definitely return next time we are passing through area. Day staff called us the next day to check on us, very professional and great customer relations. Highly recommend.

It was clean. Staff was helpful in that he asked if we have ever stayed with avid before and since we hadn’t he took the time to explain the amenities. There are two Bunn coffeemakers so you can have coffee all day or night if you want it or tea. The breakfast was sausage egg biscuits and egg burrito, a selection of cereal, fruit, yogurt. So “grab and go”. Also, for a $50 fee we were able to bring our small dog in our room so that was a plus.

Very clean and new. Good value for a one night stay on a road trip. We appreciated the fact that it was no frills, such as no coffee maker or microwave in the room, but everything we needed was still available in the lobby with 24 hour coffee and tea and a microwave. Good coffee. Breakfast was pretty good. We liked that they used environmentally friendly paper products as much as possible and less plastic.

Ed at check-in was extremely pleasant. Our rooms were so clean and comfortable! The beds and pillows are soft like home, and the amazing shower was so nice after our long travel. The Dove shower amenities smelled wonderful!! They also offer great hot brewed coffee, tea and iced water 25 hrs. It sure was a nice treat for our late night arrival!! We would recommend this hotel highly! I wish I could give them more STARS! FANTASTIC STAY & STAFF!!!!

Great hotel, Newly built (Nov 2023) and a New concept in hotels — microwave and coffee available 24/7 in the lobby, the only “amenity” in the room was an iron and ironing board. LOVE the “mist” setting on the shower head, too!

Ed and Chris at the front desk were amazing!!!! Booking.com was the issue, tried to check in with my confirmation code and pin because it was a pay in advance booking, but the hotel never received payment. The hotel said I paid booking.com, but booking.com never sent them the money. So I had to call booking.com to try and resolve the issue after driving 12 hours with my family of 4, we were tired and hungry and just wanted to check in. But because no payment was issued we couldn’t. I called booking.com and was on hold for over a half hour, and the issue was still not resolved. The front desk felt so bad for us they decided to let us go ahead and check in to our room, and they tried to collect the payment from booking.com. Because they said this was not our fault, it’s booking.com………and they’ve been having an issue with a lot of their bookings lately. I was told The woman before me was in hold for over an hour and a half, not a great way to start your vacation.

I am so please with the hotel setting me up another account so I could get a room and they put us where it was very convenient for us to get too .I was very tired after driving for hours just to be told they did not have my reservation yet but the hotel did what they had to to get us in a room even yhough it costs me more and it was a great stay
